Clarence ZIP Codes: 14031 & 14032
The Town of Clarence is split among several ZIP codes, so "Clarence" listings can carry more than one:
- 14031 (Clarence): the Clarence Hollow area along Main Street (Route 5) and much of the town's center and east. The Census-defined Clarence area is entirely in 14031.
- 14032 (Clarence Center): the largest share of the town's land, around the Clarence Center hamlet and the north. Spaulding Green lists 14032, and Waterford Estates has addresses in both 14031 and 14032.
- 14051 and 14221: the town's west and northwest edges have East Amherst and Williamsville mailing addresses, including most of Harris Hill.
When Michael sets up a Clarence search or listing alert, he includes 14031 and 14032 (and the Clarence parts of 14051 and 14221 if you want them) so you don't miss homes.
