Michael bought his first home in 2006: an 1890s Victorian in Buffalo's Elmwood Village that needed a complete rehab. With a couple of years of framing experience and little capital, he did the work himself on nights and weekends, learning how old Buffalo homes are built and restored. That project led him to start a residential contracting business, which he owned and operated for several years.
He then earned a certification in professional life coaching and spent the next 12 years coaching clients across the country, helping executives and business owners find the clarity and confidence to lead through one-on-one coaching, trainings, workshops and masterminds.
Wanting more time connecting with people in person, Michael earned his real estate license and began helping clients buy and sell homes across Western New York. Today he combines his construction know-how, coaching skills and investor's eye for the numbers.
