Day-to-day shopping and restaurants cluster along Transit Road. For an evening out, Main Street in Clarence (the Humbert House, Antique World) and the Village of Williamsville are each a short drive.

The range is wide. 2026 East Amherst asking prices seen publicly ran from a condo at 91 Tralee at $259,000 to 50 Autumn Creek Ct at $799,900, and a home at 38 Fiddlers Green overlooking Glen Oak Golf Course was listed at $499,900. Asking, not sold, prices; ask Michael for closed sales.

Fall Around the Four Corners

When the maples turn, the tree-lined streets around the hamlet and the Peanut Line and Waterford Trail corridor are at their best. See a fall weekend in Clarence.
